The names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses in this document are collected for one purpose: registering the agent with the developer, platform or owner named above, checking its registration, and paying and reporting its commission. The developer, platform or owner named above keeps this record. It may be shown only to its staff who deal with agents, its auditors, and a tax authority where the law requires it, and it will not be used for marketing.

If registration is refused or withdrawn, the personal data in this form is kept for 90 days from that decision and then erased. If the agent is registered, this record is kept for as long as the registration lasts plus 12 months and then erased, except that records supporting commission invoices are kept for the period section 36 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 prescribes.

Consent to the use of personal data in this document may be withdrawn at any time by writing to __________. A request to correct inaccurate data, to erase data once its purpose has ended, or to complain about how it has been handled may be sent to the same address, and will be answered within 30 days.

This document does not collect a full Aadhaar number or a copy of an Aadhaar card.
