जितना आप भर सकते हैं, भरिए। इन ख़ानों के साथ दिख रहा मसौदा साथ-साथ बदलता रहता है, ताकि आप देख सकें कि हर जवाब दस्तावेज़ में क्या करता है।

Background

A. The Broker is about to introduce to the Client the parties listed in the Schedule, in connection with property in __________.

B. The Client wishes to receive those introductions, and the Broker is willing to make them, on the terms of this letter.

1. The Introduced Parties

1.1 The parties listed in the Schedule, and anyone acting for any of them, are "Introduced Parties". A party becomes an Introduced Party only by being listed in the Schedule, or by being added to it in writing signed by both of us.

2. The Client remains free to deal

2.1 Nothing in this letter prevents the Client from dealing with anyone, an Introduced Party included.

3. The protection

3.1 If, between __________ and __________ ("the Protection Period"), the Client enters into a transaction with an Introduced Party concerning the property in connection with which that party was introduced, the Broker's commission is payable as if the Broker had concluded the transaction, whether or not the Broker took any further part in it.

3.2 The commission is __________ per cent of the price or, for a letting, of one month's rent in that transaction, and it is earned __________.

3.3 The commission is the Broker's agreed remuneration for the introduction. It is not a penalty, and it is not payable twice: if the Broker also acts in the transaction, only one commission is due.

4.1 If an Introduced Party approaches the Client directly during the Protection Period, the Client will tell the Broker in writing within 7 days.

4.2 The Client will not arrange a transaction with an Introduced Party through someone else — a relative, a company the Client controls, or another agent — in order to avoid clause 3. A transaction arranged in that way is treated as a transaction by the Client.

5. Confidentiality

5.1 The Client will use the identity and details of an Introduced Party only to consider the introduction, and will not pass them to anyone else during the Protection Period.

6. General

6.1 This document is governed by the law in force in __________, and only the courts having jurisdiction at __________ may decide a dispute about it.

6.2 Nothing in this document transfers or creates any interest in any property.

6.3 A notice under this document is given in writing, by hand or by email, to the address given for the other party above.

The names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses in this document are collected for one purpose: protecting the Broker's commission on the introductions listed in the Schedule. The Client and the Broker each keep a copy of this letter. It may be shown only to the Client and the Broker, and the details of an Introduced Party are used only as clause 5 allows, and it will not be used for marketing.

If the engagement does not go ahead, the personal data in this document is kept for 90 days from that decision and then erased. If it goes ahead, this record is kept for the term of the engagement plus 12 months and then erased, unless a law requires a particular record to be kept longer.

Consent to the use of personal data in this document may be withdrawn at any time by writing to __________. A request to correct inaccurate data, to erase data once its purpose has ended, or to complain about how it has been handled may be sent to the same address, and will be answered within 30 days.

This document does not collect any Aadhaar number, PAN, bank-account detail or copy of an identity document of anyone named in it.
