2. What we ask you to acknowledge

2.1 That we introduced the Prospect to you on the date, and at the time, of this letter.

2.2 That, if you agree a sale or letting to the Prospect within __________ days after the date of this letter, the introduction is ours, and commission is payable to us.

2.3 That, if another agent registers the Prospect with you for the same project or property, the agent whose registration you acknowledged first is the introducing agent.

3. What this letter does not do

3.1 This letter does not fix the amount of commission, which is governed by our agreement with you, and it does not oblige you to sell or let anything to the Prospect.

3.2 It gives us no authority to make any promise to the Prospect on your behalf.

Personal data

This notice is given under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

The names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses in this document are collected for one purpose: registering the introduction of the Prospect and deciding which agent introduced them. The agent and the developer or owner each keep a copy. The developer or owner will use the Prospect's details only to deal with the Prospect about the project or property named above. It may be shown only to the agent, the developer or owner, and its sales staff, and it will not be used for marketing.

If no sale or letting to the Prospect results, the Prospect's details in this letter are kept for 90 days after the protection period ends and then erased. If one does, this record is kept for the term of the transaction plus 12 months and then erased.

Consent to the use of personal data in this document may be withdrawn at any time by writing to __________. A request to correct inaccurate data, to erase data once its purpose has ended, or to complain about how it has been handled may be sent to the same address, and will be answered within 30 days.

This document does not collect any Aadhaar number, PAN, bank-account detail or copy of an identity document of the Prospect.
