This instrument records the parties' mutual reversal arrangement. It must be completed through the legally effective registered or judicial route required by the actual title position. The Original Buyer agrees to sign, and to present for registration, whichever instrument that route requires to restore the Property to the Original Seller, and the Original Seller agrees to pay the refund stated in clause 3 on the terms stated there.
