That I am the Applicant in a pending application for permission under section 118 of the Himachal Pradesh Tenancy and Land Reforms Act, 1972, to purchase the land described as __________ (the "Land"), not being an agriculturist within the meaning of that Act.
That I am filing this affidavit in support of that application, to disclose to the Collector whether I have earlier acquired any land in Himachal Pradesh under section 118 of the Act, so that the present application may be considered together with any such earlier acquisition.

That the present purchase of the Land is being made by me for my own use and benefit, with my own funds, and is not benami for, nor made on behalf of, any other person who is not an agriculturist and who would otherwise require permission under section 118 of the Act in their own right.
That I undertake to similarly disclose this acquisition, if permission is granted, in any future application I may make for permission under section 118 of the Act.
That the statements made above are true to my knowledge and belief, that nothing material has been concealed, and that no part of this affidavit is false.
