6.2 Nothing in this Agreement limits the power of a competent court to vary, on the application of either Parent or otherwise, any arrangement recorded in this Agreement where the welfare of a Child requires it.
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND JURISDICTION

7.2 Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of any Family Court or guardianship court seized of a matter concerning the Children, the courts at __________ have jurisdiction over any dispute concerning this Agreement.
- GENERAL
8.1 Both Parents shall at all times act in good faith and in the best interests of the Children, keep each other informed of matters materially affecting the Children's health, education and welfare, and speak of the other Parent respectfully in the presence of the Children.
8.2 This Agreement is the entire agreement between the Parents about the matters it covers. No amendment is effective unless made in writing and signed by both Parents, or approved by a competent court.
