जितना आप भर सकते हैं, भरिए। इन ख़ानों के साथ दिख रहा मसौदा साथ-साथ बदलता रहता है, ताकि आप देख सकें कि हर जवाब दस्तावेज़ में क्या करता है।

आप जो लिखते हैं वह इसी ब्राउज़र में रहता है। जब तक आप ख़ुद कॉपी रखने का फ़ैसला न करें, कुछ भी कहीं नहीं भेजा जाता — और यह टैब बंद करते ही वह चला जाता है।

इस फ़ॉर्म के सवाल और उनसे बनने वाला दस्तावेज़, दोनों अंग्रेज़ी में हैं, जबकि यह पन्ना हिन्दी में है। भारत में इस तरह के काग़ज़ आम तौर पर अंग्रेज़ी में ही बनते हैं, और रजिस्ट्रार, बैंक या अदालत में वही शब्द पढ़े जाते हैं जो लिखे गए हैं — इसलिए यह मंच न सवालों का अनुवाद करता है, न उन खंडों का जो इन जवाबों से भरते हैं।

Please release the items only after (a) satisfying yourself of the Bearer's identity from the original of the identification document named in paragraph 1, and (b) obtaining the Bearer's signature and the date on a receipt or acknowledgement that lists what has been handed over. Please retain that receipt in your records. A specimen signature of the Bearer, attested by me, appears at the foot of this letter.

  1. LIMITS OF THIS AUTHORITY

This is an authority to collect. It is not a power of attorney. Except as expressly stated in this letter, the Bearer has no authority to act for me. In particular, the Bearer may not:

(a) sign any deed, agreement, undertaking, declaration or other instrument in my name;
(b) present any document for registration, or admit execution of any document, before a Registering Officer;
(c) operate, close or give any instruction on any bank, demat or investment account of mine, or encash, endorse or deposit any cheque or other instrument;
(d) receive any money on my behalf, or make any payment on my behalf except where this letter expressly permits it;
(e) waive, settle, compromise or give up any claim, objection or right of mine;
(f) sell, agree to sell, mortgage, charge, gift, exchange, lease, license, surrender, relinquish or otherwise create, transfer or deal with any interest in any immovable or movable property of mine, or deliver or take delivery of possession of any immovable property of mine; or
(g) appoint, authorise or substitute any other person in his or her place.

  1. MY RESPONSIBILITY

Delivery of the items to the Bearer against the receipt described in paragraph 4 will be a good and complete discharge of your obligation to deliver them to me, and I will not dispute that delivery. This paragraph does not apply if the items are delivered to a person other than the Bearer, or after __________, or after you have received notice under paragraph 7.

  1. WHEN THIS AUTHORITY ENDS

This authority ends on the earliest of: (a) the end of __________; (b) my written revocation reaching you; (c) the death or legal incapacity of the Bearer; and (d) the death or legal incapacity of the person who gives this authority. A revocation takes effect against you when it reaches you, and against the Bearer when it reaches the Bearer. I will send any revocation to you at the address above and to the Bearer at the address in paragraph 1.

If your rules require anything more than this letter — your own mandate or requisition form, a specimen signature attested by your officer, a notarised authority, a board resolution, or a stamped power of attorney — please tell the Bearer and I will comply with it separately.
