PARTNERSHIP DISSOLUTION DEED

6.2 Until public notice is given under section 45 of the Indian Partnership Act, 1932, a Partner may remain liable to a third party for an act done by another Partner which would have been an act of the Firm had it been done before dissolution; the Partners shall act promptly to give that notice.

- 11. GENERAL
11.1 This Deed is the entire agreement between the Partners about the dissolution of the Firm and supersedes all prior discussion, whether oral or in writing.
11.2 No amendment is effective unless made in writing and signed by every Partner.
11.3 If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest of this Deed continues in effect.
