NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE FROM THE LANDLORD
THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT:
4. The Landlord also has no objection to the Tenant making, at its own cost and with the Landlord's approval of the works, such fittings, exits, equipment and changes inside the Premises as the authority requires for the licence, provided the structure of the building is not harmed.
6. On request, the Landlord will sign any further form, consent or affidavit in the format the authority prescribes, so long as it says no more than this certificate.
7. This certificate is consent only. It does not make the Landlord the holder of the licence, does not promise that the licence will be granted, and does not give the Tenant any right in the Premises beyond what the Lease gives. The Tenant alone is responsible for meeting the conditions of the licence and for any penalty, closure or claim arising from how the business is run.
8. This consent lasts only while the Tenant lawfully occupies the Premises under the Lease. When the Lease ends, the Landlord may tell the authority so, and the Tenant must not rely on this certificate after that date.
9. This certificate is issued at the Tenant's request, for the sole purpose of the application described above.
