6. The security deposit paid under the Lease continues to be held by the Landlord for the renewed term on the terms of the Lease, and the other terms of the Lease apply to the renewed term except those that, by their nature, apply only to the first term.

9. This notice is given within the time and in the manner the Lease requires. The Tenant reserves all its rights under the Lease. If the Landlord believes the notice is late or defective in any way, it should say so in writing at once, and not later, giving its reasons.
