11. Except for the dates stated in this letter, the Lease continues on its own terms. This letter does not change the amount of rent, the security deposit or any other term of the Lease, and it does not waive any right of either side under the Lease.

12. The Tenant confirms the dates above by countersigning this letter. If the Tenant does not agree with a date, it shall say so in writing within 7 days of receiving this letter.
