WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER AND VIDEOGRAPHER CONTRACT

BETWEEN

__________, of __________, acting through __________ (the "Studio");

AND

__________, of __________, mobile __________ (the "Client").

1. 1. COVERAGE

1.4 The Client will tell the Studio which people and moments matter most, will make sure the Studio team can enter each place, and is responsible for any permission the venue asks for photography and filming.

1. 2. WHAT THE CLIENT RECEIVES AND WHEN

2.4 If the Studio is late, the parties will agree a fair reduction in the fee for the delay. If the delay is serious, the Client may ask for the return of the money paid for work not yet delivered, after giving the Studio a written reminder and a reasonable further time.

1. 3. OWNERSHIP AND USE

3.1 The Client may use the delivered photographs and films for the Client's family and personal use, share them with relatives and friends, and print them, without paying anything more. The Client may not sell them or license them to others for money without the Studio's written permission. As between the parties, the Studio keeps the copyright in the pictures it takes.

6.2 If a function is postponed or cancelled by the family, the Client will tell the Studio at once, and the Studio will try in good faith to cover the new date; if it cannot, clause 5 applies.

1. 7. GENERAL

7.1 This Agreement is the whole understanding between the parties about the photography and videography of this wedding. A change is valid only if it is in writing and both parties sign it or both confirm it in a written message.
