Subject: No objection to the use of the premises at Shop No. 3, Ground Floor, Plot 17, Kalkaji Main Road, New Delhi 110019 by Ravi Malhotra, trading as M/s Malhotra Enterprises as its principal place of business
Sir / Madam,
1.1 I am Sunita Rani Gupta. I am signing this letter as the sole owner of the Premises. Together with Sunita Sharma and X, we are the joint owners of the Premises, and each of us gives the consent set out in this letter.
1.2 I am entitled to give the consent set out in this letter. So far as I am aware, giving it does not breach any agreement, mortgage, title condition or housing society bye-law that applies to the Premises.
2.1 This letter is about the following property ("the Premises"):
- Address: Shop No. 3, Ground Floor, Plot 17, Kalkaji Main Road, New Delhi 110019
- Portion covered by this letter: Front office on the second floor, admeasuring about 350 sq ft
- Nature of the Premises: residential
3.1 The Premises are occupied by the following person or business ("the Occupant"):
- Name: Ravi Malhotra, trading as M/s Malhotra Enterprises
- Constitution: sole proprietorship firm
- PAN: BXAPM5678L
- Existing GSTIN, if any: 07BXAPM5678L1ZQ
- Basis of occupation: a registered lease deed
- Period of occupation: 1 April 2026 to 28 February 2027 (eleven months)
4.1 I have no objection to the Occupant using the address of the Premises as its principal place of business, and to that address being shown, recorded, displayed on statutory documents and verified as such — for the following purposes and for no other purpose:
Registration under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017; registration under the Delhi Shops and Establishments Act, 1954; Udyam (MSME) registration; and opening a current account with a bank in the name of the business.
4.2 I have no objection to the authority concerned, or any officer authorised by it, visiting and physically verifying the Premises. I will co-operate with that verification and will produce this letter and my ownership document if asked.
4.3 This consent is given to the Occupant named in clause 3 and to no one else. No other person, firm, company or group entity may use the address of the Premises for any registration on the strength of this letter, and the Occupant may not transfer, assign or share this consent with anyone.
5.1 This is consent to use the address. It is not consent to change the use of the Premises. The Premises are residential premises and must continue to be used only as such.
5.2 The activity the Occupant may carry on at or from the Premises is limited to the following, and to nothing more:
Office and administrative work only — correspondence, accounts and record-keeping, and use of the address for statutory communications. No goods will be stored, stocked, manufactured, processed or dispatched at the Premises and there will be no customer or public visits.
Anything beyond this needs my separate permission in writing.
5.3 Without cutting down clauses 5.1 and 5.2, this letter is not permission to:
