VEHICLE GIFT AFFIDAVIT

I, __________, __________, aged about __________ years, resident of __________, holding __________, applying within __________ (the "Donor" or "I"), do hereby solemnly affirm, declare and gift as follows:

1.3 I make this Affidavit for filing before __________, in support of transfer of the Registration Certificate of the Vehicle to the Donee on a gift basis.

2.2 Under Section 123 of the Transfer of Property Act, 1882, a gift of movable property may be effected either by a registered instrument or by delivery. This Affidavit records that the gift is made and completed by delivery of the Vehicle, its keys and its documents to the Donee, as confirmed in the Donee's acceptance below.

2.3 I confirm that I am the lawful owner of the Vehicle, with full power to gift it, and that I have received no consideration of any kind, directly or indirectly, for this gift.
