The document itself is drafted in English. Indian instruments of this kind are conventionally drafted in English, and the words that are read at the registrar, at a bank or in court are the words that were written — so this platform does not translate them.

It depends on the document. Each document’s page covers it under “Stamp duty, registration and witnesses”. Rates change, so confirm the amount at the sub-registrar’s office.

Before you download, change any answer and the draft changes on screen, so check it there. If you find a mistake afterwards, come back, correct it and download it again at no extra cost. Once a document is paid for, the names of the parties and the property address cannot be changed, though a typing mistake of a letter or two in a name can be corrected.
