2. The Authorised Signatory may sign and verify the applications, returns, statements and replies within that scope on behalf of the business, and what is so signed and filed binds the business. The Authorised Signatory shall not sell, mortgage or give security over the business's property, or sign a contract for the business, under this letter.

4. Where the business is a company, a limited liability partnership, a partnership or a society, this authority is given under the resolution or the authority of the partners that is attached, and a certified copy of it is enclosed.

ACCEPTANCE AND SPECIMEN SIGNATURE OF THE AUTHORISED SIGNATORY
