PART A: NOTICE DEMANDING PAYMENT OF DELAYED DUES

Dear Sir or Madam,

1. We, __________, are registered as an enterprise under the Udyam registration system, registration number __________, first issued on __________, and we are a micro or small enterprise supplier within the meaning of the above Act. Our registration was in force when the order or contract and the supplies below were made.

6. Under the Act, a buyer that does not pay by the due date is liable to pay compound interest, with monthly rests, on the unpaid amount from the due date until payment, at three times the bank rate notified by the Reserve Bank of India, and this applies despite any agreement to a lower rate. We claim that interest from the due date of each invoice until the date of payment, and reserve the right to calculate it in full. The amount of interest is in addition to the principal.

9. This notice is without prejudice to all our other rights and remedies, all of which are reserved. Copies of the invoices, the proof of delivery and our Udyam registration certificate are enclosed.
