Online Shopping Refund Complaint

Answer what you can. The draft beside these boxes is rewritten as you go, so you can see exactly what each answer does to the document.

What you type stays in this browser. Nothing is sent anywhere until you choose to keep a copy — and closing this tab loses it.

Your answers

Nothing answered yet. There are 24 questions on this form.

Still to answer

22 answers are still to come.

Nothing is amiss in what you have written. The document is simply not finished, and the draft marks each gap where an answer will go.

A calendar date — the day, the month and the year. Dates in a document like this are read against one another, so a date typed here can change what another date is allowed to be.

For example: 16 November 2026

For example: Ludhiana

How will you send this?Needed

For example: The Grievance Officer, ExampleMart Online Pvt Ltd

At what address is it sent?Needed

An email address somebody actually reads. Notices under a document like this can be sent to it, so a working one matters more than a tidy one.

For example: grievance.officer@examplemart.example.com

For example: Sunrise Traders, Ludhiana

For example: Gurpreet Singh Dhillon

What is your address?Needed

An email address somebody actually reads. Notices under a document like this can be sent to it, so a working one matters more than a tidy one.

For example: gurpreet.dhillon@example.com

A number somebody can be reached on. Ten digits is the usual Indian form, and a country code in front of it is fine if you want it there.

For example: +91 98150 47731

For example: Refund of order OD2310045 for a wireless speaker, returned on 2 November 2026

For example: order OD2310045 placed on 20 October 2026

The item, the make and model, and what the page promised.

A long answer. Several lines are fine, and a break you make between paragraphs is the break the document keeps.

For example: A Bluetooth wireless speaker, model BX-200, in black, as described on the product page.

An amount in rupees. Commas and a ₹ sign are both fine — write it the way you would write it anywhere else, and the document is given the tidy form of it.

For example: 3499

For example: UPI payment on 20 October 2026

What went wrong?Needed

The facts in order, with the dates.

A long answer. Several lines are fine, and a break you make between paragraphs is the break the document keeps.

For example: The speaker arrived on 26 October 2026 with a cracked casing and no sound from the left channel. I raised a return on 27 October, a pickup was done on 2 November 2026, and the refund of 3,499 rupees has still not been credited.

For example: ticket 7734021 raised on 5 November 2026

Each contact: the date, how and what you were told.

A long answer. Several lines are fine, and a break you make between paragraphs is the break the document keeps.

For example: I chatted with support on 5 and 9 November 2026 and was told twice that the refund would come in 5 to 7 days.

Number each paper. Send copies and keep the originals.

A long answer. Several lines are fine, and a break you make between paragraphs is the break the document keeps.

For example: 1. Screenshot of the order page. 2. Payment confirmation. 3. Photographs of the damaged item. 4. Chat transcripts of 5 and 9 November 2026.

For example: Kuldip Singh Sandhu

An email address somebody actually reads. Notices under a document like this can be sent to it, so a working one matters more than a tidy one.

For example: kuldip.sandhu@example.com

The live draft

The draft, as it stands

This is the whole document, not a sample of it. It is rewritten every time you change an answer.

A long blank line — __________ — stands wherever an answer has not been given. It is left that visible on purpose, so an unfinished document cannot be mistaken for a finished one.

No answer has been given, so every place a detail belongs is standing blank. The shape of the document is worth reading even now.

Reading costs nothing. Keeping a copy needs an account.

The opening of the draft is on this page as you answer it. Once every answer is in, the button below opens the whole draft, watermarked — still without an account. Printing it, or keeping a clean copy, is where an account is asked for. That is the whole arrangement.

A kept copy has to belong to somebody, and that is the reason for the account. There is nothing further to it.
