ਕਦੋਂ ਲੋੜ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ

An employee is leaving a Punjab or Chandigarh workplace and needs written confirmation of the period and designation they worked in, and that they stand relieved from a stated last working day — for their next employer, a visa application, or their own record. States the period of employment, the designation held on leaving, whether conduct and performance were found satisfactory, the last working day, and whether dues between the Company and the employee have been cleared. Issued once, after the employee's exit formalities are complete or far enough along that the statements in it are accurate. Not for a certificate of the employee's salary — use the Salary Certificate for that. Not for the letter ending the employment in the first place — use the Termination/Warning Letter, or the employee's own resignation letter, for that; this document is issued after that step, to record the exit.

ਹੇਠਾਂ ਜੋ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਅਤੇ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਲਈ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਉੱਥੋਂ ਦੀ ਹੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਇਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਕਿੱਥੇ-ਕਿੱਥੇ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਬਦਲਦੀ ਹੈ — ਭਾਵ ਹੇਠਲੀਆਂ ਰਕਮਾਂ ਉਹੀ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਲਾਗੂ ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਦਰਾਂ ਬਦਲਦੀਆਂ ਰਹਿੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਸਬ-ਰਜਿਸਟਰਾਰ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਤੋਂ ਪੱਕਾ ਕਰ ਲੈਣਾ ਠੀਕ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਰਟੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।
