MARRIAGE PALACE OR BANQUET BOOKING AGREEMENT
BETWEEN
__________, running __________ at __________, acting through __________ (the "Venue");
AND
__________, of __________, mobile __________ (the "Host").
- 1. THE BOOKING
- 2. CHARGES AND PAYMENT
- 3. USE OF THE VENUE
3.1 The Host and the guests will use the Venue with care and follow its reasonable safety and house rules, which the Venue will give the Host in writing on request.
3.6 The Venue confirms that it holds the permissions it needs to run the premises for functions of this kind and will show them to the Host on request. The Host will obtain any permission the law requires for the Function itself.
3.7 The Host is responsible for the conduct of the guests and of the vendors the Host brings, and for damage they cause to the Venue's property beyond ordinary wear. The Venue is not responsible for vehicles, gifts, jewellery or other belongings left at the Venue, unless the loss is caused by the Venue's own staff.
- 4. IF THE HOST CANCELS OR CHANGES THE DATE
4.1 The Host may cancel the booking by written notice to the Venue. How much of the advance is refunded depends on how many days before the Function the notice reaches the Venue.
4.6 A change of the date of the Function is treated as a cancellation and a new booking, unless the Venue agrees in writing to carry the advance over to the new date.
- 5. IF THE VENUE CANNOT HOST THE FUNCTION
- 6. GENERAL
6.1 This Agreement is the whole understanding between the parties about the booking of the Venue for the Function. A change is valid only if it is in writing and both parties sign it or both confirm it in a written message.
