am the new owner of the land described below, which stood in the record in the name of Shri Balwant Singh:
village Raipur Rani, district Panchkula, khewat / khatauni Khewat 112, Khatauni 245, khasra (killa) numbers 23//4, 5, area 2 kanal 10 marla
My share in the land is: the whole land, or 1/2 share.
I got the land by a deed registered on 1 April 2026 under registration number 2026/456. A certified copy of the deed is enclosed.
As to disputes: no dispute or court case about the land is known to me.
I request that the mutation be entered in my name in the revenue record (jamabandi), that notice be given to the persons who must be heard, and that I be told the date of hearing. I also ask for a copy of the order.
I will pay any fee the office states and give any affidavit it requires.
