I understand that restructuring is for the lender to decide under its own policy and the Reserve Bank's framework, and that it may carry a fee or a change in the rate and may be reported to the credit bureau. Before I accept, please give me in writing the revised instalment, tenure, rate, fees and the effect on my credit record.
