ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

This Contract is made on __________ at __________ between:

(2) __________, __________ (the "Contractor").

1. 6. Safety, licences and staff. The Contractor shall use only trained and competent persons, and shall follow the safety rules for this kind of equipment. The Society remains responsible for holding any licence, inspection certificate or consent that the law requires for the equipment itself, and the Contractor shall give the help and records needed for any inspection. The Contractor shall pay its staff and meet its duties as their employer.

1. 7. Damage and liability. The Contractor shall make good any loss or damage to the Society, its residents or their property, or injury to any person, that results from the Contractor's negligence or from work done outside this Contract's terms.
