1.1 The Sub-Lessor sub-lets the Sub-Let Portion to the Sub-Lessee for residence only, for the term in clause 2.
1.2 The Sub-Lessor confirms that the Head Tenancy is in force, that the rent under it is paid up to date, and that no notice to vacate has been received from the Landlord.
1.3 This sub-lease gives the Sub-Lessee no direct right against the Landlord, and takes nothing from the Landlord’s rights under the Head Tenancy.

5. Use of the Sub-Let Portion

5.1 The Sub-Lessee uses the Sub-Let Portion only for residence, keeps it clean and in good condition, and follows every condition of the Head Tenancy and every rule of the society or association that applies to the way the Home is used.
5.2 The Sub-Lessee may not sub-let, share or transfer any part of the Sub-Let Portion, may not carry on a business there, and may not cause nuisance or do anything unlawful.
5.3 The Sub-Lessor may enter the Sub-Let Portion at reasonable hours on twenty-four hours’ notice, and at any time in an emergency.

7.1 Notices under this Agreement are in writing and are sent to the addresses at the top of this Agreement, or to a new address a Party has told the other in writing.
7.2 Stamp duty and any registration cost are shared equally by the Parties.
7.3 This Agreement is the whole understanding between the Parties about the Sub-Let Portion and can be changed only in writing signed by both. The courts having jurisdiction over the place where the Home is situated may decide any dispute under it.
