The Owner allows the Broker to show the property to prospective buyers or tenants and to share these details, and photographs, with them.

4. What the Broker has and has not done

The Broker has written down what the Owner has said. The Broker has not checked the Owner's title, the papers, the loan or the dues, and nothing in this sheet is a statement by the Broker that they are right. A buyer or tenant should have the title and papers checked by an advocate before paying anything.

This sheet is not an agreement to pay brokerage. Any brokerage is settled in a written engagement agreement, if the parties make one.
