Your Family ID (Parivar Pehchan Patra) in Haryana shows the wrong annual income, is missing a family member, still lists someone who has died or moved out, or has a member's name, date of birth or relationship wrong — and the correction has to be requested through the Family ID portal or a Common Service Centre, together with a signed self-declaration of what the record should say and a supporting document. The Family ID / Parivar Pehchan Patra is a scheme of the Government of Haryana, administered by the Citizen Resources Information Department, and does not exist in Punjab or in Chandigarh, so this document is drafted for Haryana specifically rather than for the two jurisdictions the rest of this library serves. Not for: a first-time Family ID registration for a family that does not yet have one, which is a separate enrolment process; or a grievance about a scheme benefit denied despite a correct Family ID, which is taken up with the scheme department concerned, not through this correction module.
