S.21, Punjab Co-operative Societies Act, 1961 lets the society transfer to the nominee or, absent one, the heir/legal representative. State the deceased member, death certificate, certificate and succession basis — nomination alone doesn't decide title where a separate will, probate or registration process is needed.
