DECLARATION OF TIES TO INDIA
I, Harleen Kaur, of House No. 88, Sector 40-B, Chandigarh, passport number N4567890, make this declaration to the visa officer considering my application to visit the United States.
- 1. My family. My husband and our 9-year-old son live with me in Chandigarh; my elderly parents live in Ludhiana and I look after their medical needs
- 2. My job or business. Assistant Professor, a government college in Chandigarh, since 2016; leave sanctioned for the dates of travel
- 3. My property and assets. A house in Sector 40-B, Chandigarh, in our joint names; savings and fixed deposits with a bank in Chandigarh
- 4. My intention. My family, work and property are in India, and I intend to return to India on or before 1 April 2026. I will not work in the United States during my visit, and I will leave before my permitted stay ends.
- 5. Papers attached. Employer's letter; sale or title deed of the house; family register; school certificate of the child
- 6. I declare that the above is true and complete to the best of my knowledge, and I understand that the visa officer will rely on it.
