Kaagazaat is a digital facilitation platform for e-Stamp Paper ordering and document preparation. The actual e-Stamp Certificate is issued through the applicable authorised Government/ACC Channel for the selected jurisdiction. Kaagazaat does not independently issue government e-Stamp Certificates unless specifically authorised by the Purchaser - to do so.

If we cannot issue your certificate for any reason, we refund the full amount the same day. Stamp duty is paid to the government at exact cost — we add no margin to it.

How this works: 1. You send this request. 2. We call you to confirm the details and the correct article. 3. You transfer the amount. 4. We issue the e-stamp certificate and send it to you digitally.

I have thoroughly checked the details above and confirm they are correct. If the certificate is issued exactly as per these details and it contains a mistake because of that, I will not seek a refund from Kaagazaat for it.

No. Kaagazaat currently facilitates the ordering and fulfilment process. The e-Stamp Certificate is generated through the authorised Government/ACC infrastructure applicable to your state or Union Territory.
