How to fill it in
- Download the form and print it. Fill it in by hand, in clear block letters, with a blue or black pen.
- Fill in the blanks the form prints: Name of the applicant, Father's or husband's name, Correspondence address, Mobile number, E-mail ID, Aadhaar number and the others.
- Attach with it: Three sets of the deed of conveyance, duly stamped from the Central Treasury, Chandigarh, or e-stamp. Self-attested copy of ID proof of the witnesses of the deed of conveyance.
- Where it goes: Reception Counter, Chandigarh Housing Board (addressed to the Secretary, CHB).
- Official time limit: 30 working days, excluding public notice (CHB Citizens’ Charter, section 3.2).
- Sign where the form asks you to, check that no blank is left empty, and keep a photocopy for yourself.
