Application for three sets of deed of conveyance, freehold property (CHB)
Allottee of a CHB property allotted or auctioned on freehold basis, asking for three sets of the conveyance deed to be issued.

How to fill it in
- Download the form and print it. Fill it in by hand, in clear block letters, with a blue or black pen.
- Fill in the blanks the form prints: Name of the applicant, Father's or husband's name, Correspondence address, Mobile number, E-mail ID, Aadhaar number and the others.
- Attach with it: Self-attested copy of ID proof, Aadhaar card and PAN card of the applicant. Photocopy of the receipt of the challan form issued by the Treasury Office, or e-stamp.
- Where it goes: Reception Counter, Chandigarh Housing Board (addressed to the Secretary, CHB).
- Official time limit: 30 working days, excluding public notice (CHB Citizens’ Charter, section 3.2).
- Sign where the form asks you to, check that no blank is left empty, and keep a photocopy for yourself.
