Application for an interest component certificate (CHB)
An allottee who needs the interest paid to CHB in a financial year (for example for tax).

How to fill it in
- Download the form and print it. Fill it in by hand, in clear block letters, with a blue or black pen.
- Fill in the blanks the form prints: Name of the applicant, Father's / husband's name, Correspondence address, Mobile number, E-mail ID, Aadhaar number and the others.
- Attach with it: Attested copy of the GPA/SPA (if the applicant is a GPA/SPA holder). Affidavit of the GPA/SPA holder on the validity of the GPA/SPA (if the applicant is a GPA/SPA holder). Self-attested copy of ID proof, Aadhaar card and PAN card of the applicant. Details of payments made.
- Where it goes: Reception Counter, Chandigarh Housing Board (addressed to the Accounts Officer, CHB).
- Official time limit: 15 working days (CHB Citizens' Charter, section 3.7).
- Sign where the form asks you to, check that no blank is left empty, and keep a photocopy for yourself.
