Affidavit of GPA/SPA holder: interest component certificate (CHB)
Only if the applicant is a GPA/SPA holder: it states that the GPA/SPA is valid.

How to fill it in
- Download the form and print it. Fill it in by hand, in clear block letters, with a blue or black pen.
- Fill in the blanks the form prints: Your name, Your S/W/D of, Your address, Name of the allottee / transferee whose GPA/SPA you hold, The property, Place of signing and the others.
- Attach with it: All affidavits are attested by a Notary Public / Executive Magistrate, on judicial stamp paper of ₹5 or more. Attested copy of the GPA/SPA (if the applicant is a GPA/SPA holder).
- Where it goes: Attach it to the application at the Reception Counter, Chandigarh Housing Board. Attest it before a Notary Public or Executive Magistrate; it goes on judicial stamp paper of ₹5 or more.
- Official time limit: 15 working days for the whole application (CHB Citizens' Charter, section 3.7).
- Sign where the form asks you to, check that no blank is left empty, and keep a photocopy for yourself.
