Indemnity bond for execution of lease deed, leasehold property (CHB)

How to fill it in
- Download the form and print it. Fill it in by hand, in clear block letters, with a blue or black pen.
- Fill in the blanks the form prints: Day of the month the bond is made, Month and year, Your name, Your father's or husband's name, Your address, House / property number and the others.
- Attach with it: Print on stamp paper of ₹15 or more (choose "stamp paper" below). Self-attested copy of ID proof of the witnesses of the indemnity bond. Submit it together with the application and the other papers in its checklist.
- Where it goes: Attached to the application at the Reception Counter, Chandigarh Housing Board. Print on stamp paper of ₹15 or more; two witnesses sign it.
- Official time limit: CHB’s Citizens’ Charter does not state one for this service. Ask at the counter when you submit.
- Sign where the form asks you to, check that no blank is left empty, and keep a photocopy for yourself.
