Indemnity bond of purchaser / donee / transferee, for NOC for transfer of lease rights (CHB)

How to fill it in
- Download the form and print it. Fill it in by hand, in clear block letters, with a blue or black pen.
- Fill in the blanks the form prints: Your name, Purchaser, Share being transferred, Dwelling unit number, Sector, Seller / allottee and the others.
- Attach with it: Print on stamp paper of ₹15 or more (choose "stamp paper" below). Self-attested copy of ID proof of the witnesses of the indemnity bond.
- Where it goes: Attached to the application at the CHB Reception Counter. Sign it on stamp paper of ₹15 or more, in front of two witnesses.
- Official time limit: 20 working days, excluding the public notice (Citizens' Charter s2.1).
- Sign where the form asks you to, check that no blank is left empty, and keep a photocopy for yourself.
