Indemnity bond for transfer on the basis of a registered will (CHB)
The beneficiary of a registered will applying to CHB for transfer of the deceased allottee’s dwelling unit.

How to fill it in
- Download the form and print it. Fill it in by hand, in clear block letters, with a blue or black pen.
- Fill in the blanks the form prints: Your name, Your father's or husband's name, Your address, Dwelling unit number, Sector, Name of the deceased allottee and the others.
- Attach with it: Print on stamp paper of ₹15 or more (choose "stamp paper" below). Self-attested copy of ID proof of the witnesses of the indemnity bond.
- Where it goes: Attached to the application at the CHB Reception Counter. Sign it on stamp paper of ₹15 or more, in front of two witnesses.
- Official time limit: 25 working days, excluding the public notice (Citizens' Charter s2.3, Annex A).
- Sign where the form asks you to, check that no blank is left empty, and keep a photocopy for yourself.
