Application for sanction of building plans (GMADA)
An owner who wants GMADA to sanction building plans, or to file plans certified by a GMADA-empanelled architect for a residential plot up to 500 square yards.

How to fill it in
- Download the form and print it on A4 paper. Fill in the blanks the form prints, in clear block letters, with a blue or black pen.
- Fill in the cover page: Property No., Sector, Name of Applicant, Father's / Husband's Name, Address, Mobile and E-mail.
- The GMADA page for this service says plans go in duplicate for plots up to 300 square yards and in triplicate for plots above 300 and up to 500 square yards, with the security and scrutiny fee as a demand draft favouring the Estate Officer, GMADA, payable at S.A.S. - Sign where the form asks you to, check that no blank is left empty, and keep a photocopy for yourself.
