Application for a completion or occupation certificate (GMADA)
An owner who has finished building and wants GMADA to issue the completion or occupation certificate.

How to fill it in
- Download the form and print it on A4 paper. Fill in the blanks the form prints, in clear block letters, with a blue or black pen.
- Fill in the cover page: Property No., Sector, Name of Applicant, Father's / Husband's Name, Address, Mobile and E-mail.
- Attach with it. The GMADA page for this service lists: the notice of completion and permission to occupy (Form B) and the completion certificate by an empanelled architect or engineer (both offered separately on this site), and photographs of the completed building attested by an empanelled architect.
- Official time limit stated on the GMADA page: 15 working days.
- Sign where the form asks you to, check that no blank is left empty, and keep a photocopy for yourself.
