Notice of completion and permission to occupy (Form B) (GMADA)

The notice an owner gives GMADA that the building is complete, asking permission to occupy it; it goes with the application for a completion or occupation certificate.

Issued by: Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA), Government of Punjab

The form itself is in English, exactly as the issuing office prints it.

How to fill it in

  1. Download the form and print it on A4 paper. Fill in the blanks the form prints, in clear block letters, with a blue or black pen.
  2. Fill in the order number and date under which GMADA sanctioned the building, and the date it was completed.
  3. Under "Description of building", tick or write the type (booth, SCO, SCF, industrial site or residential plot), then the site number and sector. Attach the completion certificate from the empanelled architect or engineer, and sign as the applicant.
  4. Sign where the form asks you to, check that no blank is left empty, and keep a photocopy for yourself.
