Issued by: Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP)
The form itself is in English, exactly as the issuing office prints it.
How to fill it in
- This is the deed in the form HSVP publishes (its Panchkula text). Download it and read all of it first; it runs to several pages.
- At the top, fill in the stamp paper details the form asks for (value, serial number, date) and the date of the deed.
- Write in the name(s) and details of the transferee(s), the date of the application, and the price figures in numbers and in words, as the blanks ask.
- Write in the plot number, sector, urban estate, the area in square metres, and the allotment memo number and date and the plan reference, exactly as in your allotment letter.
- Do not sign yet if the form asks for signatures before the Estate Officer or witnesses. Sign only where and before whom the deed says.
- Sign where the form asks you to, check that no blank is left empty, and keep a photocopy for yourself.
