The incentive a salaried sales executive earns on closed deals, on top of salary
Executed at Mohali on 1 April 2026.
1. The Employer — Bansal Property Consultants, of SCO 22, Phase 3B2, SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab 160059, acting through Mr Rajinder Kumar Bansal, Proprietor ("the Employer").
2. The Executive — Amandeep Kaur Sidhu, of House No. 88, Sector 68, SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab 160062, employed as Senior Sales Executive ("the Executive").
1.1 The Executive is the Employer's employee. This agreement adds an incentive to the Executive's pay. It does not replace the appointment letter or change the Executive's salary, leave or other terms, which stay as the appointment letter and the law provide.
1.2 Nothing here reduces any right the Executive has under any labour or wages law.
2.1 The scheme runs from 2 April 2026 to 3 April 2026 ("the Scheme Period").
3.1 For each deal that qualifies during the Scheme Period, the Employer will pay the Executive an incentive of 15 per cent of the brokerage the Employer actually receives on the deal.
3.2 A deal qualifies when the agreement to sell is signed and the Employer has received the brokerage, and the Executive was the person who brought it to that point, as recorded in the Employer's lead and deal register.
3.3 The incentive applies only if this target is met: X
3.4 Where two or more executives worked on a deal, the incentive is divided between them as the Employer decides in writing, fairly and on the record of who did what.
4.1 The incentive is paid with the salary of the month following the month in which the deal qualifies, by bank transfer.
4.2 The Employer will deduct tax at source and other deductions the law requires, and will give the Executive a statement showing each deal and the incentive on it.
4.3 If the Executive disputes the statement, the Executive will say so in writing within thirty days of receiving it, and the Employer will answer in writing with the figures.
5.1 If a deal on which an incentive was paid is cancelled within 90 days of qualifying and the Employer returns the brokerage to the client, the incentive on it is not payable. The Employer may set the amount against later incentive, but not against salary, and will not take it from salary.
6.1 On the last working day, the incentive on every deal that has already qualified remains payable at the usual time.
6.2 A deal that was in hand at the last working day and qualifies within 60 days after it earns the incentive, if the Executive brought it to the point where only the Employer's steps were left.
