JOINT BUYERS COST-SHARING AGREEMENT
1. PROPOSED PURCHASE

Buyer one: Aarav Sharma. Buyer two: Naina Sharma. They are considering the purchase of Plot 218, Eco City 1, New Chandigarh, Punjab (Apartment): Residential plot measuring approximately 300 sq yd in Eco City 1. from Harpreet Singh at a proposed price of ₹2,25,00,000 (Rupees Two Crore Twenty Five Lakh only).

This internal agreement is dated 1 April 2026.

2. CONTRIBUTIONS

Buyer one funding share: 60%; buyer two funding share: 40%. Initial contributions: buyer one ₹30,00,000 (Rupees Thirty Lakh only), buyer two ₹20,00,000 (Rupees Twenty Lakh only).

Stamp/registration costs: In the same percentages as purchase funding. Brokerage/legal costs: In the same percentages as purchase funding.

3. LOAN AND TITLE INTENTION

Loan structure: No joint loan is presently intended. Title-share intention: Title shares intended to match stated funding percentages.

This agreement does not itself transfer or create a share in the property. Any ownership shares must be stated in the operative conveyance or other legally effective instrument.
