State the nomination, asset, death certificate, relationship and relief sought, reserving succession rights. Punjab cooperative-society shares: section 21, Punjab Co-operative Societies Act 1961 (Chandigarh: same Act, 1963 Rules). Chandigarh sector-property nominations sit in the Estate Office file instead.
