am the allottee of plot No. 1204, Sector 15, Panchkula, allotted by the Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) under the allotment letter Memo No. 1234 dated 10-03-2005.
On payment: I have paid the full price and all other dues. On the site: the plot is vacant. On mortgage: the property is not mortgaged.
I request the Estate Officer to execute the conveyance deed of the property in my favour and to have it registered, so that I hold final title as owner.
Please tell me in writing the stamp duty, registration fee and any other amount to be paid, the papers still needed, and the date and place for signing.
I am ready to give any affidavit or undertaking in the form the office requires.
