Subject: No objection to a loan to our member, Surinder Pal, secured on Flat No. 502, Block B
Dear Sir/Madam,
- 1. Surinder Pal is a member of this Society and holds Flat No. 502, Block B in the Society, share certificate No. 214. The Society's records show that the member has paid the Society's dues for the flat up to 2 April 2026.
- 2. We are told that the member proposes to take a loan to buy the flat from your Bank, of about Rs 25,00,000, and to offer the member's rights in the flat to the Bank as security.
- 3. The Society has no objection to the member creating a mortgage of the member's rights in the flat in favour of the Bank for that loan.
- 4. This certificate is given on these terms: (a) it does not transfer the flat or the membership; (b) it does not give up any claim the Society has against the member or the flat under its bye-laws and the law; (c) if the Bank ever has to enforce its security, the person who takes over the flat must apply for membership and will be dealt with as the bye-laws and the law require; and (d) it is valid for 90 days from its date.
The managing committee approved this certificate at its meeting on 3 April 2026.
