UNDERTAKING
The owner and the tenant undertake to follow the Society's rules, to use only the lift and the time the Society allows for moving goods, to keep the common areas clean and undamaged and to make good any damage they cause. The owner remains responsible to the Society for the flat's dues and for the conduct of the tenant and the tenant's household.
