Use this for fire-safety clearance at the plan, completion, occupation or renewal stage. Punjab takes Fire NOC applications; Chandigarh routes it through its Fire Branch. State occupant load and hydrant/detection systems, not merely "as per NBC." Requirements depend on occupancy and height; approval may need inspection.
