Affidavit for execution of deed of conveyance, freehold property (CHB)
Allottee of a CHB property allotted or auctioned on freehold basis who wants the deed of conveyance executed.

How to fill it in
- Download the form and print it. Fill it in by hand, in clear block letters, with a blue or black pen.
- Fill in the blanks the form prints: Your name, Your father's or husband's name, Your address, Flat / dwelling unit number, Sector, Place of signing and the others.
- Attach with it: Print on judicial stamp paper of ₹5 or more (choose "stamp paper" below); attest before a Notary Public or Executive Magistrate. Submit it together with the application and the other papers in its checklist.
- Where it goes: Attached to the application at the Reception Counter, Chandigarh Housing Board. Print on judicial stamp paper of ₹5 or more and attest before a Notary Public or Executive Magistrate.
- Official time limit: 30 working days, excluding public notice (CHB Citizens’ Charter, section 3.2).
- Sign where the form asks you to, check that no blank is left empty, and keep a photocopy for yourself.
