How to fill it in
- Download the form and print it. Fill it in by hand, in clear block letters, with a blue or black pen.
- Fill in the blanks the form prints: Name of the allottee / lessee, Seller, Intending purchaser / donee, Purchaser, Dwelling unit number, Sector and the others.
- Attach with it: Duly filled application form. Affidavit of the seller / donor / transferor, on judicial stamp paper of ₹5 or more, attested by a Notary Public / Executive Magistrate. Indemnity bond of the seller / donor / transferor, on stamp paper of ₹15 or more. Affidavit of the purchaser / donee / transferee, on judicial stamp paper of ₹5 or more, attested by a Notary Public / Executive Magistrate. Indemnity bond of the purchaser / donee / transferee, on stamp paper of ₹15 or more. Three self-attested photographs of the applicant(s) along with specimen signatures. Self-attested copy of ID proof and Aadhaar / PAN card of the applicant. Self-attested copy of ID proof of the witnesses of the indemnity bonds. Receipts of publication and processing charges (deposited online on the CHB website or at any HDFC Bank branch). Self-attested copy of the allotment letter / transfer letter. Self-attested copy of the No Due Certificate. Clearance of loan / NOC from the mortgagee, if any.
- Where it goes: Reception Counter, Chandigarh Housing Board (addressed to the Secretary, CHB).
- Official time limit: 20 working days, excluding the public notice (Citizens' Charter s2.1).
- Sign where the form asks you to, check that no blank is left empty, and keep a photocopy for yourself.
