Indemnity bond for transfer of licence of a small flat (CHB)
Children of a deceased small-flat allottee and co-allottee, where the flat is already allotted.

How to fill it in
- Download the form and print it. Fill it in by hand, in clear block letters, with a blue or black pen.
- Fill in the blanks the form prints: Date of the bond, Name of the executant, S/o, D/o, W/o, Small flat number, Sector, Witness 1 and the others.
- Attach with it: Indemnity bond on stamp paper of Rs.15 or more, along with two witnesses. Self-attested copy of ID proof of the witnesses of the indemnity bond.
- Where it goes: Attach it to the licence-transfer application (Reception Counter, Chandigarh Housing Board). It must be on stamp paper of Rs.15 or more, with two witnesses.
- Official time limit: 25 working days, excluding the public notice (Citizens Charter, section 2.4).
- Sign where the form asks you to, check that no blank is left empty, and keep a photocopy for yourself.
